Yes, absolutely. For self-managed nodes, your private keys never leave your server and are stored locally. For full-managed nodes, we provide you with complete access to download your keys at any time. We never have access to your private keys in either case.

We use a lightweight, secure agent that you install on your server. This agent has strictly limited permissions and only accesses what's necessary for monitoring and management. All communications are encrypted with SSL/TLS.

We only collect performance metrics (CPU, RAM, disk usage), node status, and logs for troubleshooting. We never access your private keys, wallet mnemonics, or any sensitive blockchain data.

A unit represents either one internal blockchain node application OR one external service that you want to monitor. For example, with the Essential plan (1 unit), you can monitor either one blockchain node or one external HTTP/HTTPS service.

Self-Managed: You provide the server, we provide the tools. You have full control over node operations, configurations, and your infrastructure. You can set up custom alerts for various metrics (CPU usage, RAM, disk space, node sync status). Alerts can be sent via Telegram or email. You can customize thresholds and notification frequency.

Yes! With self-managed plans, each unit can be used to monitor an external HTTP/HTTPS service instead of a blockchain node. Perfect for monitoring APIs, websites, or other web services.
